Currently we're recruiting for the following positions:

Lead Architect. Requirements:

At least 4 years of proven professional experience
Prior experience as a Lead Architect – at least one full project.
Strong knowledge of technical and construction regulations
Unlimited building licence in speciality of architecture.
Strong AutoCAD and SketchUp skills
Revit skills are a strong asset.
Experience in designing multi-family residential complexes is an asset.
Good spoken and written communication skills in English.
Creativity in designing.
Ability to lead a design team and make decisions.
High work ethic and culture.

Junior Architect. Requirements:

MSc in Architecture or Equivalent
At least 2 years of proven professional experience.
Prior experience in participating in a full design process – at least one project.
Knowledge of at least: Technical and Construction Regulations and fire safety regulations
Strong AutoCAD and SketchUp skills
Revit skills are a strong asset.
Experience in designing multi-family residential complexes is an asset.
Good spoken and written communication skills in English.
Creativity in designing.
Ability to work independently and ability to make decisions.
High work ethic and culture.

We offer the opportunity to develop design skills alongside experienced architects, active participation in the entire design process - from concept to projects’ supervision. You will have an opportunity to work both on the designing new buildings (housing and public utility buildings), working on conservation issues, related to the revitalization of cities (including the Area Revitalization of Łódź), as well as creating projects in Sweden as part of the Polish Cluster of Construction Exporters. You’ll work in exciting and inspiring atmosphere in the centre of Łódź – in an office in one of the most beautiful tenement houses in Łódź at 2 Struga Street. We would love you to join us!
