The tenement house at ul. Piramowicza 9 (formerly ul. Olgińska 8) was erected in the years 1910–1911 at the request of its owner at that time - Icek Szulem Lubiński. The designer was an engineer - Abram Totenberg, and the design itself was approved by the city's architect, Franciszek Chełmiński.
Currently, the tenement house is entered in the register of monuments, and is also located in an area that is protected by an entry in the municipal register of monuments under the sonorous name "Ogrody Sukiennicze Nowego Miasta 1843".
The project includes, restoration and renovation of the façade and courtyard facing elevation, including the reconstruction of lost elements, such as balconies and architectural detailing. It also includes recreating the window fittings based on the original woodwork. The design of the balconies is based both on the preserved photographic archives and similar projects from that period.
