Residential complex “Mirabelkowa Aleja” is located at 49 Podchorążych Street in Łódź and covers an area of over 4 ha. So far, 54 two-family buildings with garages have been built.
The project includes construction of another two rows of two-family houses with garages and three multi-family buildings with 18 apartments and 9 garages on the ground floor of each building. The building, concise in form, were designed in subdued shades of grey and white with addition of timber on the elevations. 1, 2 and 3-room apartments are planned as part of the investment. All flats have spacious terraces and balconies, and those located on the ground floor have access to private gardens, giving them freedom of using the green areas of the estate and increases the comfort of living.
The layout of buildings was designed to ensure optimal use of the area and fit into the existing urban layout of the establishment. Multi-family buildings, despite having a different flat arrangement, are similar in form to the existing houses, both in scale and height, ensuring the coherence of the entire estate. The complex features parking spots for all the residents as well as public recreational spaces and a playground. The scheme aims at preserving a large number of the trees existing on site, as well as planting new greenery.
