Project of renovation of the façade of the tenement house located on 178 Kilińskiego Street, erected at the end of 18th century, in the area of the cultural landscape of the historic district of “Posiadła Wodno-fabryczne” in Łódź.
The neighbouring building, with a shared address used to house the “1 Maja” cinema, established in 1927 under the name “Mimoza”.
