The tenement house at 80 Piotrkowska Street was constructed in 1882 based on a design by Edward Creutzburg, commissioned by W.Bromberg in 1881. Historically, the building had two main functions – commercial and residential – with the stores located on the ground floor and apartments in an enfilade layout located on all the floors above. Our project involves renovation of the preserved architectural detail and the unification of the ground floor through implementation of wooden storefronts.
